Very good, super friendly and fair prices! The quality of food is really good and tasty! First pizza place I've tried in Shearwater and don't think I'll need to look for another one!

We did not have a good expirience with pizza time, I'm confused by all these good reviews. We ordered a large pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni and a gluten free Hawaiian pizza and four donair dips and two drinks. The pizza was ready in a good amount of time, the driver was friendly. The pizza was not good, my gluten free pizza was raw, and considering it costs $17 I expected more. My husband said his pizza was ok, maybe try again but will likely move on. The driver forgot to give us our Dips and came back, I sent my pizza back with him and I was refunded. I am happy with the level of service but not the product.

The staff here are super friendly and offer the best service every visit! I enjoy going there to pick up my order and my food is always hot, ready and tasty when I pick it up. C:Best Poutine and pizza in the area.

This pizza FAR exceeds any other. Their pizza is always perfect, they never mess up the order. The one gentleman who I believes owns the place has the best customer service ever. He always talks to my 2 year old son, gives him candy and treats while waiting, he is SO kind and genuinely cares about all of his customers. I won't go anywheres else for our pizza! It took us trying 5-6 different places to find Pizza Time ( we're from NB). HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Very delicious crispy pizza

I ordered from Pizza Time on Pleasant St and I went in to pick it up and as soon as I walked in, i was warmly welcomed and engaged. The owner (or so I believe it was) gave me a sample of a donair doughboy and after inquiring on if I had a passenger in the car (which I did), they insisted on giving me another! When you experience FANTASTIC customer service, you just need to share! It really made my day!

Fun family establishment. Visited while working in Halifax for the weekend. Loved interacting with the workers! And the pizza was yummy 🍕😊

One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. The staff was welcoming, friendly and professional even though it was very busy at dinner time on a Saturday. The garlic fingers with bacon and hot peppers were the best I've ever had. Looking forward to trying their pizza, donairs and poutine!

This is the best place to order homemade pizza! Not only is the pizza amazing but the people who work there are amazingly kind and welcoming! Today I went in to order a pizza and garlic fingers and they always welcome you by name! They also offered a free sandwich they were made! Love this place!

Awesome pizza, great donairs and friendly staff. This place is busy! Best example of don't judge a book by its cover. Although shady looking on the outside and located in a dubious part of town, this is definitely worth stopping by to get some food to go.

Amazing, I will be honest this is the best Pizza and Donair i had in the HRM. Other places should take tips from Pizza time, the pizza is cooked to perfection and is not skimpy on toppings like most places in the city. The prices are fair and the delivery was quick.

The food is great, the prices are great, the speed and accuracy on making orders is great, but the service is FANTASTIC. Every time I'm there you can really tell the staff love what they're doing and are really putting their heart and soul into making a good connection with their customers. These guys (and gals) are good! And so is their pizza! I came from the west coast to work in the Dartmouth area. I didn't know one pizza place from another. These folks went out of their way to offer me a friendly reception. The pizza ingredients (in my case, Italian sausage, tomatoes & onions) were fresh & generous, including the cheese. If you have a craving for pizza, you can't go wrong with Pizza Time in Dartmouth!

The pizza is our families favorite. The staff are great also. We have been customers for 14 years now and counting. We highly recommend the pizzas. 😊
